Samuel Smith’s Imperial Stout
Brewed in the style of a Russian Imperial Stout.
Pours black with a creamy tan head. Notes of roasted malts, dark chocolate, dark caramel, and black licorice. Medium-bodied with a roasted malt profile. Hints of smoke and espresso. Smooth finish with moderate hop bitterness.
Complex flavor and character. Moderately low in alcohol for the style.
Fermented with British ale yeast in the breweries stone Yorkshire squares.
Available year round in bottles.
