Schlafly Oak Aged Barleywine

Pours deep copper with a creamy head. Aromas of dark fruit, caramel, and earthy hops. Rich and full-bodied with a sweet malty profile. Flavors of toasted malts, caramel, and oak. Smooth finish with moderate hop bitterness.

Hops: Marynka, Northdown, Tettnang

Malts: Pale 2-row, Caramel, Munich, Roasted Barley

Fermented with American ale yeast.

Aged on Missouri oak chips after primary fermentation.

Annual November release.
