Schlafly Quadrupel

Belgian-Style Quadrupel

Pours a rich mahogany color with a thick creamy head. Aromas of dark fruit, toffee, and Belgian yeast. Full-bodied with a sweet malty profile. Flavors of caramel, dark plum, fig, and rich toffee. Smooth finish with low hop bitterness

Hops: Marynka, Lublin

Malts: Pale 2-row, Munich, Wheat Malt, Special B, Caravienne, Dark Candi Sugar

Fermented with Belgian Abbey ale yeast. Bottle conditioned with live yeast.

Available year-round.
