Schlafly Winter ESB
Pours a copper color with a creamy head. Aromas of caramel malt, earthy hops, and fruity yeast. Medium-bodied with a balanced profile of sweet caramel and earthy hop flavors. Smooth finish with moderate bitterness.
Hops: Pilgrim, Willamette
Malts: Pale 2-row, Caramel, Munich
Dry-hopped for added hop character.
Fermented with London ale yeast.
