Sierra Nevada Northern Hemisphere Harvest Wet-Hopped IPA Review

Pours a pale copper color with a creamy white head.  Extremely fresh hop aromas and flavor, featuring citrus, pine, and herbal notes.

Brewed from freshly harvested hops, within 24 hours of picking. ¬†Called ‘wet hops,’ they do not undergo any drying process, instead they are picked and used right away in the brewing process.

A fantastic beer to experience true hop aromas and flavors.

Hops: Wet Centennial, Wet Cascade

Malts: 2-row, Caramel

Limited Fall seasonal release in bottles and on draft.

Great citrus and fruity hop aromas. Hop flavor is amazing.

One of my favorites from Sierra Nevada.
