Southern Tier Brewing Unearthly Imperial IPA Review  

Pours a light copper color, with aromas of sweet malt, piney hops, and fresh cut grass.  Flavors of caramel malt and resinous hops.  Brewed to a high bitterness level.

Brewed with two malts, and four hop varieties.

An intense and flavorful beer.

Available year round.  First brewed in 2006.

    Recently picked up a bottle at a local store. Have tried several of their beers as they just expanded into the area. Most have been above average with nice flavor profiles.

    Unearthly had very bold hop aromas of pine and citrus, which carried through into the flavor as well. Bitterness is high, but smooth without a harsh bite.
