Surly Brewing Pentagram

Brewed in the style of a Barrel-Aged Brown Ale, 100% fermented with wild Brettanomyces yeast.

Pours a rich brown color with a frothy head. Aromas of oak, earthiness, and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with flavors of earthy oak, toasted malts, and dark fruit. Finishes with a touch of tartness and very low bitterness.

Hops: Columbus

Malts: Pale, Dark Munich, Belgian Crystalm Chocolate

Fermented with two strains of Brett, Brettanomyces Cluassenii and Bruxellensis

Seasonal release in February.
