The Bruery Humulus Lager Review

Pours a clear golden-yellow color.  Citrus and piney hop notes.  High bitterness combined with crisp lager flavors.

Brewed with a portion of rice to lighten the body and emulate an American style lager.

Pair with grilled steak or burgers.

Limited year round availability on draft.

  1. Avatar of simcoe

Crisp and hoppy with a fairly light body for the abv level. Nice bitterness in the finish.

  2. Avatar of dale

Crisp and hoppy. Like a refined IPA that’s been stripped of fruity yeast notes.
