The Bruery Rueuze

Brewed in the style of a Barrel-Aged Blended Sour Blonde Ale.

Similar to a Belgian Gueuze, which is a blend of aged sour lambic ales.

Pours golden blonde with a frothy white head. Aromas of tart grains, stone fruit, and earthiness. Medium-light bodied and effervescent with a refined sourness. Dry, crisp, tart, refreshing finish.

Aged in oak barrels.

Limited release.

Crisp and sour with complex earthy notes and a very smooth finish. Like a fine champagne.
