Trinity Brewing Ten Minutes of Pleasure

Brewed in the style of a Berliner Weisse, German Style Sour Wheat Beer. Flavored with Soursop fruit.

Pours a straw gold color with a thin foamy head. Aromas of tart citrus, wheat malt, white grapes, and oak. Light-bodied with a refined sour flavor and mild notes of coconut and lemon citrus. Crisp, tart, and refreshing finish.

Brewed with more than 50% wheat malts.

Fermented with lactobacillus and Brettanomyces to create sour flavors.

Barrel-aged in French Oak Chardonnay barrels.

Limited release in collaboration with New Belgium Brewing.

Very good Berliner. Tart and earthy.
