Weyerbacher Bootes

American Strong Ale

Pours a deep ruby-brown color with a thick creamy head. Aromas of citrusy hops, roasted malts, and toasted grains. Medium-bodied with a big malty base and bold hop flavors. Finishes with very high hop bitterness.

Hops: Simcoe, Bravo, Centennial

Malts: Pale 2-row, Wheat Malt, Biscuit, Crystal, Roasted Malts

Mash-hopped with Simcoe hops.

Limited December 2013 release.
