We have five BrewDog clone recipes, including an Imperial IPA with 150 IBUs, Session-Style IPA, Dry-Hopped Amber Ale, Smooth Black Ale, and a Scotch Ale brewed with heather-infused honey.
BrewDog Hardcore IPA Clone (9.2%, 150 IBUs)
Imperial IPA brewed with Maris Otter, specialty malts, and Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. The beer is also dry-hopped with all three of those hops. The recipe is an all-grain recipe which requires almost 20 pounds of malt and 9 ounces of hops. Ready to start drinking in about 10-12 weeks. Check out the detailed recipe.
BrewDog Punk IPA Clone (5.6%, 45 IBUs)
IPA brewed with 100% Maris Otter Extra Pale Malt and four hop varieties; Chinook, Ahtanum, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe. Finished beer will be bright gold in color with bold citrusy, piney, and fruity hop flavors. Ready to drink in about 5 weeks. Check out the detailed recipe.
BrewDog 5am Saint Clone (5%, 25 IBUs)
Dry-Hopped Amber Ale. Don’t be fooled by the low ABV and IBU stats, this beer is packed with hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo hops. Dry-hopped with Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial, Ahtanum, and Nelson Sauvin. Ready in about 5 weeks. Check out the detailed recipe.
