Profile: HomeBrew recipe for an easy drinking Cream Ale, similar to Anderson Valley’s Summer Solstice. Medium-light bodied with a sweet malty profile and very low hop bitterness.
9.5 lbs Pale 2-row
12 oz. Crystal 40
8 oz. Crystal 80
1/2 oz. Saaz 4%a, 60 minutes
Mash all grains for 1 hour at 150 degrees.
Sparge at 170 degrees.
One hour boil with hop regimen above.
Ferment at 63-68 degrees.
