8 lbs German Pilsner 2-row
5 lbs Munich Malt
4 lbs Vienna Malt
8 oz. Crystal 60
4 oz. Crystal 80
4 oz. CaraMunich
1/2 oz. German Magnum 14%a, 60 minutes
1 oz. Tettnang 4%a, at 20 minutes
Mash all grains for 1 hour at 152 degrees.
60 minute boil.
Chill wort and pitch yeast at 52F.
Primary ferment 10 days.
Diacetyl Rest – 2 days
