9 lbs Pale 2-row
3 lbs Maris Otter
2 lbs Munich Malt
12 oz. Crystal 40
8 oz. CaraPils
1 oz. Nelson Sauvin 12%a, 60 minutes
1/2 oz. Motueka 7%a, 30 minutes
1 oz. Nelson Sauvin 15%a, at 20 minutes
1 oz. Nelson Sauvin 12%a, at 10 minutes
1 oz. Motueka 7%a, at flameout
Dry-Hops: 1 oz. Nelson Sauvin
Mash all grains for 1 hour at 152 degrees.
Sparge at 170 degrees.
One hour boil.
Ferment warm at 66-68F.
