1/2 oz. Nelson Sauvin 12%a, 60 minutes

1/2 oz. Nelson Sauvin 12%a, 20 minutes

1 oz. Nelson Sauvin 12%a, 10 minutes

Dry Hop: 1 oz Nelson Sauvin

YeastWhite Labs WLP 565 Saison I or Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison

Other: 12 oz rice hulls (helps with sticky rye mash)

Mash all grains with rice hulls for 1 hour at 150 degrees.

One hour boil with hop regimen above.

Ferment at 68F.

Rack to secondary and age for 5 weeks, then add dry-hops for 7 days before tapping or bottling.

Have brewed a very similar beer in the past, and thought the rye and Nelson Sauvin hops paired great together. Saison yeast added a nice compliment of spice and fruit.
