Turned out amazing, never try the original but this clone is so smooth and morish. I replaced the roasted barely with Carafa special 3 and added a single vanilla pod soaked in bourbon for a few days to the secondary. Probably should of been two but one adds a subtle flavour. Highly recommend.

Cool, sounds very tasty! Nice modifications to the recipe. The Carafa should create a bit more rounded out smooth flavor, and work well with the oats.
