All Grain HomeBrew Rye Ale Recipe
Profile: Rye Pilsner is a great beer style, but can be difficult to brew as a lager, requiring fermentation temps at 50F or lower. Rye unCommon uses yeast which works at ale temperatures, but produces clean lager-like flavors. Should come out deep golden with crisp malt flavors and some spicy rye flavors. Earthy hop flavors. Crisp and clean finish with moderate hop bitterness.
