All Grain HomeBrew Recipe for an Unfiltered Rye Beer

Instead, you get more citrus and a touch of tartness. The addition of Citra hops near the end of the boil provide flavors of passion fruit and mango. Beer should come out a hazy red-mahogany color, with some vibrant flavors.

1/2 oz. Citra 11%a, 15 minutes

1/2 oz. Citra 11%a, at 5 minutes
