I just did this a week ago thinking it was the saison DuPont clone. Look carefully. Title says it is, description says it’s not. Description says it’s a recipe for a Belgian farmhouse saison. Anyways, it’s awesome though I wish it were the real saison DuPont clone recipe. Regardless I’m still extremely happy but I do have an issue. I have no idea what my OG should have been or what my FG should be. It’s not listed in recipe so if whoever entered this could please update, I’d be thrilled. My OG was 1.063 and FG is currently 1.014 but still some activity so I’m letting it go. When I rack it I’m adding raspberries to it. Can’t wait.

Also my LHBS didn’t have either yeast listed (Saisons are appear toy pretty hot right now) so he suggested white labs monestary ale WLP 500 which would add fruity/spicy notes. Wow. I highly recommend this yeast for this saison.

Did this recipe with the White Labs Saison yeast and it came out great.
