8 oz. Crystal 30
8 oz. Carapils
1 oz Northern Brewer 9%a, 60 minutes
1/2 oz. Tettnang 4%a, 20 minutes
Dry Hop: 1/2 oz. Tettnang
Mash all grains for 1 hour at 148-150 degrees.
Sparge at 170 degrees.
One hour boil with hop regimen above.
Ferment at 67-69 degrees.
