Jack’s Abby To Celebrate 2nd Anniversary With Special Beer Tappings 7/18-7/20

Jack’s Abby (Framingham, MA) will be tapping a series of special beers at the brewery 7/18-7/20 to celebrate their 2nd Anniversary.

On Thursday, 7/18, The ABCS (7.5% ABV, 100+ IBUs, and Rated A on Crafted Pours) will tap. A strong India Pale Lager brewed with Apollo, Bravo, Calypso, and Simoce hops. Highly recommended!

On Thursday the brewery will also host a bottle release for Sour Time Lager. Their Leisure Time Lager from last year, aged in white wine barrels with Lactobacillus and wild Brettanomyces yeast. Twenty cases will be released on Thursday, and another twenty on Friday.

On Friday, 7/19 their Maibock and Cascadian Schwarzbier (6.8%, 70 IBUs) will tap. The Schwarzbier is smooth, dark, and brewed with Magnum, Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, and Cluster hops.

Saturdays beer releases will include Framinghammer 2012, Framinghammer 2013 Baltic Porter (10% ABV, 55 IBUs), Barrel-Aged Framinghammer, and Barrel-Aged Smoked Maple Lager.

Sounds like an incredible line-up if you can make it out to the brewery for the 3-day event.
