Recipe for grilled chicken wings marinated in oatmeal stout with habanero peppers. The creamy oatmeal stout blends well with the habanero as a marinade for chicken wings. Make sure to save a few pints of Oatmeal Stout on hand to drink while eating the wings.

12 hours to marinate. Less than 1 hour to cook.

24 chicken wings

2 cups of Oatmeal Stout

2 habanero peppers seeded and sliced

Smoked Paprika

Fresh Ground Pepper

Sea Salt

Celery sticks

Light Blue Cheese Dressing

Season wings with fresh ground pepper, sea salt, and smoked paprika.

Marinate the wings with the Oatmeal Stout and habanero slices for 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Cook wings on a heated grill, turning and basting the wings with the leftover marinade every 7-8 minutes. Should be fully cooked in about 35-45 minutes depending on the heat of your grill.

Serve hot with a pint of cool Oatmeal Stout, cold celery sticks and a side of light blue cheese dressing for dipping sauce.
