Alaskan Smoked Porter Clone (6.5%, 45 IBUs)

Classic Smoked Porter which uses 28% home-smoked malt (instructions included). Rich, smooth, smoky, and chocolaty Porter, ready to drink in about 6 weeks.


Smoked Alt (5.1%, 35 IBUs)

Smoked German Style Alt brewed with 27% Beechwood Smoked malt. Amber colored session-style beer with crisp malt flavors and a smooth smokiness. Ready to drink in about 5 weeks.


Smoked Brett Saison (6.5%, 30 IBUs)

Belgian Farmhouse Saison brewed with 44% Oak-Smoked Wheat Malt and aged for three months with wild Brettanomyces yeast. Dry and crisp with earthy and funky flavors. The Brett yeasts also imparts a mild sourness.


Jack’s Abby Smoke & Dagger Clone (5.8%, 25 IBUs)

Smoked German Style Schwarzbier black lager, brewed with 30% German Beechwood Smoked malt, Pilsner Malt, and Munich Malt. Dark, smooth, and smoky with a crisp finish. Ready to drink in about 6 weeks.


Westbrook Smoked Gratzer Clone (3.5%, 12 IBUs)

Light-bodied German Style smoked wheat beer, brewed with 90% Oak-Smoked Wheat Malt. Crisp, refreshing, and very smoky. Ready to drink in about 5 weeks.
