Smoked Brett Saison (6.5%, 30 IBUs)
Belgian Farmhouse Saison brewed with 44% Oak-Smoked Wheat Malt and aged for three months with wild Brettanomyces yeast. Dry and crisp with earthy and funky flavors. The Brett yeasts also imparts a mild sourness.
