The Best Summer Ales

Craft brewers release a wide range of beer-styles to enjoy during the warm summer months. These beers are generally light-bodied. Alcohol levels range from moderate to high, but all of the beers are brewed to be refreshing beverages during hot weather. Summer beer styles include German Wheat Beers and Kolschs, Belgian Wits and Saisons, and American Wheat Beers and Cream Ales. Our top picks are listed below.
