The Rye’t Stuff: Some Favorite Rye Crafted Pours
Rye is one of those versatile grains which makes great beer, great whiskey, and great bread (but we’ll save the last one for someone else to talk about). In the craft beer world, rye has become a very popular grain used in Pale Ales, IPAs, Pilsners, Saisons, and dark ales. In the whiskey market, Rye has made a big comeback over the past decade, with some annual growth rates in sales exceeding 20% in recent years. A few of our favorite rye-based crafted pours are below.

Founders Red’s Rye PA (6.6%, 70 IBUs) | One of the most flavorful Red Rye IPAs on the market. Brewed with Rye Malts and Amarillo hops, and the perfect choice for us to drink as we wrote this article. | Brewed in Grand Rapids, MI
