Top German Brewery Starts Brewing in NYC

Paulaner International opened Paulaner Brauhaus NYC, in New York City’s Bowery neighborhood this past week. The first microbrewery from the major German brewer in the United States. Original recipes dating back to the 1600′s will be brewed onsite, including classic and seasonal beers. Paulaner Hefeweizen, Munich Lager, Munich Dark, Salvator Doppelbock, Maibock, and Oktoberfest will all be brewed by a Master Brewer in NYC.

The brewhouse is located at 265/267 Bowery and can seat up to 240 patrons. The onsite restaurant will feature classic German Cuisine, including Wiener Schnitzel, Pork Knuckle, German Sausages, and Apple Strudel.
