Trinity Brewing Beer Releases for August and 5 Year Anniversary Party

Trinity Brewing (Colorado Springs, CO) announced the following events for August.

Friday, August 9th, Trinity will release their latest version of Saison Man (4.9%), a Farmhouse Saison aged in Chardonnay Barrels with wild Brett yeast. The beer was brewed with Pilsner Malt, Rye, Wheat, Oats, and Spelt, and spiced with grains of paradise. The beer will be released at 5pm, at the brewery.

Friday, August 23rd, Trinity will release Red Swingline (4.1%, 100 IBUs), an unique barrel-aged sour ale fermented with wild Brett yeast and souring Lactobacillus cultures. The beer is heavily hopped in the kettle and dry-hopped. Aging is done in French oak barrels with coriander and tangerine zest.

On Saturday, August 31st, Trinity is holding their 5 year anniversary party with all of their available beers on tap. Doors open at 11am and the party will go well into the evening.
