East Coast Yeast ECY05 Brett Bruxellensis

Isolated culture of wild Brettanomyces yeast.

Produces strong funky barnyard flavors – earthy, horse blanket, leathery, and light fruity notes.

Very slow fermented on its own – works well blended with other ale yeast strains.
