Blend of wild yeast and souring cultures – including Brett lambicus, Brett bruxellensis, Brett anomulus, Brett clausenii, Brett custersianus, Brett nanus, Brett naardenensis, Lactobacillu, and Pediococci strains.

Produces dry beers with tart, sour, and earthy flavors.

Use for complex sour and wild ales.
