White Labs WLP099 Super High Gravity Ale Yeast

A highly alcohol tolerant English Ale strain which can produce beers up to 25% abv.

Produces fruity esters which increase with the strength of the beer and fermentation temperatures.

Lower gravity beers will retain a malty profile.
