White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast

German yeast strain used to produce wheat beers.

Produces high amounts of clove and spice with minimal banana. Finished beers are crisp with citrus and apricot notes.

Less flocculent than WLP300, and higher sulfur producing.

Active yeast may require extra headspace.
