Yeast Review

White Labs WLP515 Antwerp Ale Yeast

Belgian strain from the Antwerp region of Belgium. Rumored to be the De Koninck yeast strain.

Produces clean, almost lager like Belgian ales with a biscuity aroma. Accentuates hop flavors and bitterness.

Produces a slight amount of sulfur during fermentation which should dissipate with aging.

Seasonally available November through December.
