White Labs WLP565 Belgian Saison I Yeast

Classic Belgian Saison yeast strain from Wallonia.

Produces peppery and spicy notes, mild fruity flavors, and finishes slightly sweet.

Lower attenuation than some other Saison yeast. Can stall out and may need a finishing strain such as WLP001.
