Yeast Review

White Labs WLP650 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis

Belgian yeast strain commonly found in lambic beers, and used in secondary fermentations.

Produces less intense earthy flavors than Brettanomyces Lambicus, but still creates a “Brett character”.
