Wyeast 1026 PC British Cask Ale Yeast

Part of Wyeast’s Private Collection, with limited release dates.

An English Ale strain ideal for use in cask conditioned beers, especially cask IPAs.

Produces beers with nice malt character and moderate fruity esters.

Good yeast flocculation produces clear beers.
