Wyeast 1056 American Ale Yeast

An American Ale strain which is very versatile, and good for producing many beer styles.

Produces beers that are very clean, with low fruitiness and esters, and crisp flavor characteristics.

Flocculation is moderate, resulting in some haziness which may need to be filtered if bright beers are desired.
