Yeast Review

Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale Yeast

An Irish Ale strain which ferments well in dark worts. Good choice for high gravity beers.

At low fermentation temperatures dry, crisp beers, with subdued fruity character will be produced. Higher temperatures will produce  fruity and complex esters, starting at 64F.
