Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale Yeast

An English Ale strain which produces ales with a mild fruity character.

Lower fermentation temperatures will produce a clean beer with low fruity esters.

Good flocculation results in bright, clear beers.

Less dry and tart than Wyeast 1098 British Ale.
