Wyeast 1203 PC Burton IPA Blend Ale Yeast

A blend of English Ale strains from the Burton-on-Trent area, which produces neutral to mildly fruity beers with some maltiness.

Nice choice for English IPAs and English Style Pale Ales.

Good flocculation produces clear beers and works well for cask-conditioned ales.
