Produces beers with a soft clean profile. Hints of nuts and slight tartness in the finish.

Warmer fermentations accentuate hop characteristics and produce more fruity esters.

Cooler fermentations produces a cleaner beer with light citrus notes.

Good flocculations results in clear beers.
