Yeast Review

Wyeast 1762 Belgian Abbey II Yeast

A Belgian Ale Yeast recommended for strong Belgian Dark Ales.

Produces clean beers with rich malty character. Dark fruit esters can be produced at higher fermentation temperatures or with high gravity worts.
