Yeast Review

Wyeast 1968 London ESB Ale Yeast

A highly flocculent English Ale Yeast. Produces bright beers and is recommended for cask conditioned ales.

Low attenuation results in a sweeter, more malty beer. Fruity character increases with higher fermentation temperatures.

A diacetyl rest is recommended after fermentation.
