Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager Yeast

A Carlsberg type yeast, and the most widely used lager yeast strain worldwide.

Produces a malty profile with some esters and a crisp finish.

Ferments to high temperatures for a lager strain (68F) and can be used for Steam Beers.

Diacetyl rest is recommended after fermentation completes.
