Wyeast 2278 Czech Pils

A classic lager strain for producing Bohemian Style Pilsners.

Produces clean smooth flavors, and a dry, malty beer.

Sulfur production is reducing at warmer (55-58 F) fermentation temperatures. Dissipates with cold conditioning.
