Wyeast 2575 PC Kolsch II Yeast

Part of Wyeast’s Private Collection of limited release yeast strains.

A German ale yeast ideal for brewing Kolsch-Style ales. An authentic Kolsch strain from Germany.

Produces rich flavors with a soft malt finish.

Low flocculation – requires additional cold-aging to clear and brighten the beer. Ferments well at cool temperatures, down to 55F.
