A blend of yeast strains for producing sour beers. The blend includes a Belgian Ale yeast, two Brettanomyces strains, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus.
Produces sourness and earthy notes.
Recommended 3-6 months of aging. Final beer will be very dry to due high attenuation.
