A highly flocculent German Wheat Beer yeast which makes it perfect for brewing a Kristalweizen.
Produces moderate banana and spicy clove notes. Higher temperature fermentations can increase fruity ester production.
Highly flocculent – producing very bright beers.
Some initial sulfur may be produced which should dissipate with aging.
Over-pitching can limit fruity ester production.
