Wyeast 3463 Forbidden Fruit Ale Yeast

Belgian Ale yeast which produces spicy notes and complex fruity esters. Classic Wit and Grand Cru yeast.

Creates dry finishing beers with a touch of tartness.

Low flocculation results in a hazy beer.

Works well with beers spiced with orange peel, coriander, and grains of paradise.
