Classic clove and banana aromatics

Wyeast 3638 Bavarian Wheat Yeast

Produces apple, pear, plum and banana notes. Subtle vanilla and spicy clove aromatics.

Produces some lingering sulfur which should disappear with aging.

Over-pitching can limit some of the ester production.

Active yeast that requires extra head space in fermentation vessels.
